CANCELLATION POLICY

Our cancellation policy applies to all clients and all services.

1) Clients must give the salon 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an existing appointment

2) All clients that fail to give 24 hour notice for an appointment cancellation will be subject to our no-show policy

NO-SHOW POLICY

We understand that everyone occasionally has an emergency or something prevents them from coming to their scheduled appointment. Please call whenever possible.

1) The first no-show is on the house

2) If a second no-show occurs, you will be reminded of our 24 hour cancellation policy, and a credit card will be required to book all future appointments.

3) For all future no-shows your credit card will be charged 50% or more of the original service cost.

OTHER SERVICE POLICIES

Clients must pay a deposit for the following services before an appointment can be made or services can be rendered: - Hair extensions

- Brazilian keratin treatment

- Wedding/spa packages etc.
